Odoo Project Manager (E-invoicing Experience)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementation projects with a focus on e-Invoicing solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets from initiation to go-live.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific e-Invoicing regulations (e.g. GCC where applicable).
• Oversee configuration, customization, integration, testing, UAT, and deployment in Odoo.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct client training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure quality delivery and high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience managing Odoo ERP projects.
• Proven hands-on experience in e-Invoicing implementations and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Invoicing, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations for e-Invoicing platforms.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Exposure to Middle East/GCC tax and compliance projects.
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
