Odoo Project Manager (Odoo only)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete Odoo ERP implementation projects, overseeing all phases from initiation through successful go-live.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure clarity, coordination, and alignment throughout the project.
• Analyze client workflows and design tailored Odoo solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.
• Track and manage project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones to guarantee timely and high-quality execution.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide continuous post-implementation support to promote system adoption and user satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and share regular progress reports with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo.sh, v.18
