Odoo Project Manager (Odoo only)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, managing all phases from initiation to successful go-live.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, coordination, and alignment throughout the project.
• Analyze client workflows and design customized Odoo solutions to improve operational efficiency and overall business performance.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing post-implementation support to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo.sh, v.18
