Odoo Project Manager - UAE

Daxin Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects
• Act as the liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure alignment
• Assess client business processes and map them into effective Odoo solutions
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Odoo Certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo.sh
• Currently based in Dubai
