About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant with over 3 years of experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of functional expertise and technical proficiency to bridge business requirements with system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, and other Odoo modules.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules as per business needs.
• Develop and maintain custom Odoo apps, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the development team.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables management.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and Odoo guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR & Payroll etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports.
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu server environments and Git version control.
• Ability to analyze business processes and map them into Odoo.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deploying Odoo on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Odoo.sh).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
• Prior exposure to Odoo Enterprise and Community Editions.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
