We're Hiring: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Are you an experienced Odoo professional with a passion for transforming business processes through ERP solutions? We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing team and lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Odoo ERP solutions.

✅ Customize, configure, and develop Odoo modules to meet organizational needs.

✅ Implement complete Odoo ERP systems across multiple departments.

✅ Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees and stakeholders.

✅ Collaborate with management and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

✅ Prepare functional and technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant or similar role.

✔ Strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, and module configuration.

✔ Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end Odoo ERP solutions.

✔ Proven ability to analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.

✔ Experience working with contracting or construction industry ERP implementations.

✔ Strong knowledge of Odoo modules including Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Projects, and CRM.

✔ Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
