About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Odour Control and Ventilation Specialist to support the design and optimization of ventilation and odour management systems across major wastewater and sewerage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the study and design of ventilation systems for sewerage tunnels, pipelines, pumping stations, bio-process facilities, and odour control units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct studies, assessments, and design of ventilation systems for sewerage tunnels, pipelines, pumping stations, and wastewater treatment processes.
• Design and specify odour control systems, including treatment units, extraction systems, and mitigation technologies.
• Review mechanical design deliverables, calculations, technical reports, and equipment specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant ventilation, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide expert technical guidance.
• Support construction, testing, and commissioning of ventilation and odour control systems when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the study and design of ventilation and odour control systems for sewerage tunnels, pipelines, pumping stations, and related bio-process infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (MICE or equivalent).

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of airflow modelling, mechanical ventilation design, and odour mitigation technologies.
• Experience with HVAC/ventilation design software and modelling tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
