• Preparing and maintaining the operating theatre and equipment. Providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all ages. Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team with surgeons, nurses, and anaesthetists. Making critical decisions to ensure patient safety and effectiveness of care. Managing instruments, medications, and patient handling. Displaying confidence, empathy, and effective judgement.
