Of Counsel Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking an Of Counsel Attorney to share Custody and other general civil cases. We are a two partner law firm in Lakewood since 1996. Our areas of focus are the following:

1. Probate

2. Real Estate

3. Criminal Defense

4 Landlord / Tenant

5. General Civil Litigation

Compensation would be based on the relative amount of work done on each case. In most cases, the attorney would be lead counsel on the case We receive numerous requests every week for new cases. The attorney would have immediate work.

if the ”Of Counsel” relationship was successful, we are open to an actual hire if that was something the attorbey desired. We are also open to share other cases from other areas of law such as Bankruptcy, Tax or others

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
