Who We Are Looking For
Lodgepole Law seeks an Of Counsel Attorney to provide legal expertise on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for skilled lawyers who excel in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and are committed to providing strategic, leadership-style legal advice.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Extensive experience in providing top-tier legal advice in business law, intellectual property, or related fields.
• Litigation experience is desired, but not required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal principles clearly and persuasively.
• Strong adaptability with a keen sense of responsibility and professionalism.

• Proficient in using technology for legal research and communication (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Client Legal Advisory: Deliver high-quality legal advice and documents, starting behind-the-scenes, progressing to assisting senior counsel on client calls, and eventually managing client projects independently.
• Case and Client Management: Efficiently manage legal matters, maintaining compliance with timelines and exceeding client expectations. Foster strong client relationships through exceptional legal service and clear communication.

Technology Proficiency

• High proficiency with modern legal research tools and comfortable using online platforms for communication and collaboration.

Probationary Period and Growth Opportunities

• Includes a probationary period to evaluate performance and fit, with potential advancement based on firm needs and individual performance.
