Qazi Law is expanding into Estate Planning and seeking an Illinois-licensed attorney to serve as Of Counsel.

We serve a large and trusted client base within immigrant and working-family communities across Illinois. Many of our clients need wills, trusts, and guardianship planning. We generate and schedule the consultations — you focus on delivering excellent legal work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations scheduled by our intake team
• Provide strategic estate planning advice
• Draft wills, trusts, and related documents under your firm entity
• Oversee execution and signing
• Maintain your own malpractice insurance
• Manage your own support personnel

Qualifications

• Active Illinois law license in good standing
• Experience in estate planning
• Strong client communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional and responsive
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Compensation

Performance-based compensation structured around collected fees. Specific financial terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
