Qazi Law is expanding into Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Labor & Employment matters in Illinois.

Our firm serves a large base of immigrant and working-class families who frequently encounter workplace injuries, wage violations, and accident-related claims. Qualified cases are already flowing through our intake system.

We are seeking an experienced litigator to serve as Of Counsel and handle referred matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and accept qualified matters
• Conduct consultations scheduled by intake
• File and litigate cases under your firm entity
• Handle negotiations, hearings, and trials
• Maintain your own malpractice insurance
• Supervise your own support staff

Qualifications

• Active Illinois law license in good standing
• Experience in PI, Workers’ Compensation, or Labor/Employment litigation
• Strong negotiation and case valuation skills
• Comfortable litigating independently
• Professional, responsive, and client-focused
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred

Compensation

Performance-based compensation structured around collected fees. Specific financial terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
