OFC Assistant Manager

Our client Communicators Globe Pvt Ltd is looking for a OFC Assistant Manager in Karachi.

The OFC Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, supervision, and maintenance of optical fiber network projects. The role involves close coordination with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of OFC infrastructure in accordance with approved technical standards.

Key responsibilities include assisting in project scheduling, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality assurance and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate technical and administrative documentation. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for identifying and resolving on-site technical issues, supporting cost control measures, and preparing periodic performance and progress reports.

The position specifically oversees the maintenance of Long-Distance and Metro Fiber Optic Networks, with the assigned seat located in the Southern Region (Sindh/Balochistan). Candidates must demonstrate a strong technical command of OFC fault detection, troubleshooting, and repair, along with the ability to generate and manage all related computerized reports and network data efficiently.
