OFC Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated OFC Supervisor responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of optical projects to ensure top-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

The Optical Fiber Cable Deployment Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Planning, scheduling, and managing all optical deployment projects to adhere to company timelines and standards.
• Supervising optical Fiber technicians, providing hands-on leadership and training, to enhance team performance and project efficiency.
• Participating in the design, installation, and maintenance of optical fiber & network systems to ensure they meet operational requirements and quality standards.
• Monitoring the performance and integrity of optical networks, addressing any issues that may impact service delivery.
• Complying with all industry standards and safety regulations to uphold best practices in all operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
