What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing a portfolio of resale listings
• Leveraging your existing off-plan client base into resale opportunities
• Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals
• Prospecting for new listings through calls, networking, and referrals
• Staying ahead of market trends, pricing shifts, and buyer behaviour
• Delivering a high level of service from first contact to completion

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in Dubai off-plan sales
• Strong understanding of the local property market
• Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
• Self-driven, competitive, and commercially aware
• UAE driving licence (preferred)
