Off-Plan Property Consultant - International Roadshows

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 4,000 - 5,000 AED + Commission 40% - 60%

About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic real estate team and looking for ambitious Off-Plan Property Consultants who are ready to earn big and grow fast. If you love sales, enjoy meeting new people, and want international exposure through global roadshows, this role is for you.

You will promote premium off-plan projects, handle qualified leads, and close high-value deals - supported by a strong brand, powerful CRM, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell off-plan properties to local and international clients
  • Represent the company at international property roadshows and exhibitions
  • Conduct professional consultations, explaining project details, payment plans, and ROI
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings to close deals
  • Maintain and update client records using our CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
Requirements
  • Previous experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience is an advantage)
  • Strong sales and closing skills with a target-driven mindset
  • Good English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking to clients face-to-face and at events
  • Willingness to travel internationally for roadshows and campaigns
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and hungry to earn high commissions
