Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them through the purchase of off-plan properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include showcasing properties, negotiating deals, providing advisory services for investment opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.


We are looking for a proactive Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Consultant with at least one year of experience in Dubai. This role suits motivated professionals who can work independently, understand the off-plan market, and deliver a high-quality client experience.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales, with experience in off-plan properties being an advantage
  • Strong customer service expertise and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and relevant sales strategies
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills designed to close high-value property deals
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and a client-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with the Dubai property market are a plus
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai off-plan market
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Multi-lingual candidates preferred
