We are hiring a highly driven Off-Plan Property Sales Consultant to join our real estate team in Doha Office. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling off-plan projects and the ability to manage high-value clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan property projects to potential investors and buyers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with leads and build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage sales documentation, booking forms, and CRM updates.
  • Provide clients with accurate market insights, payment plans, and project details.
  • Coordinate with marketing, admin, and developers to ensure smooth deal closures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in off-plan property sales (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of United Arab Emirates real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar with valid documents.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional.
