We are hiring a highly driven Off-Plan Property Sales Consultant to join our real estate team in Doha Office. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling off-plan projects and the ability to manage high-value clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan property projects to potential investors and buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage sales documentation, booking forms, and CRM updates.
- Provide clients with accurate market insights, payment plans, and project details.
- Coordinate with marketing, admin, and developers to ensure smooth deal closures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of United Arab Emirates real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be currently based in Qatar with valid documents.
