Hiring: Off-Plan Sales Director (Dubai) Brokerage!

We are looking for an experienced and driven Off-Plan Sales Director to lead and grow a high-performing team where you get to INHERIT A TEAM OF 15-20, they are a brokerage who have THEIR OWN DEVELOPMENTS & EXCLUSIVE BUILDINGS LISTED.

Requirements:- 8–10+ years of UAE real estate experience (Off-Plan)- Proven track record of managing a team of 10+ agents- Strong UAE developer relationships- Hands-on experience in training and developing agents (especially freshers)- Experience with roadshows and exclusive projects (preferred)

Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000
