Requirements
Minimum Requirements - At least 6 months of real estate experience (primary/off-plan preferred, secondary also acceptable) - Strong English communication skills — confident, clear, and professional - Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory) - Basic understanding of Dubai developers, communities, and property types What You MUST Have - Drive to earn more — you want high commissions, not a comfort zone - Ambition & hunger to grow in the primary/offplan market - Motivation and discipline — daily follow-ups, client calls, learning campaigns - Coachability — open to guidance, training, and improving your sales approach - Positive energy & resilience — can handle a fast-paced environment What Will Make You Stand Out - Experience working with developers or attending launches - Strong personal branding or willingness to work on it - Ability to build relationships quickly - Confidence in presenting projects to clients and closing deals
