TheRole

We are seeking an experienced Off Plan Specialist who wants to be involved in the marketing campaigns and have input in their development. We are looking for someone who has the flexibility to work in an environment where they will need to be self directed in their work (with support), able to provide insight into the market to inform campaigns and marketing team, able to handle genuine volume of multiple leads per day, and able to balance workload between contacting leads and managing client/developer meetings.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of OFF PLAN experience specifically in the Dubai market.
• UAE driver's license with own car (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Fluency in English, any other languages are a bonus
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their development.
