About the Role
Bramwell and Partners Real Estate Management L.L.C is seeking an experienced and driven Off-Plan Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing sales team specializing in off-plan property sales across Abu Dhabi and the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven track record in off-plan real estate sales and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the off-plan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan property projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Support team members in closing high-value deals and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to generate quality leads and promote projects.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in off-plan property sales within the UAE market.
- Strong network with developers and investors is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage targets, KPIs, and team performance effectively.
- Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
