Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the people, processes, and performance of an offensive security operations.
  • Serve as a client-facing subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, executive briefings, and advisory support on domain-specific initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to support client retention, expansion, and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure SLA and KPI adherence within the domain while driving operational maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other domain leaders to ensure integration of capabilities across the Cyber Fusion Center.
  • Own the development and refinement of playbooks, methodologies, and frameworks that improve service quality and scalability.
  • Develop and mentor team members, building a pipeline of talent and advancing professional development across the domain.
  • Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices, applying them to enhance client outcomes and service offerings.
  • Represent DeepSeas at client engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership opportunities as a recognized expert in the domain.


Skills Knowledge and Expertise


  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in offensive security.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing client-facing engagements, and delivering measurable security outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of adversary TTPs, frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain), and intelligence-driven defense models.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical outcomes into strategic insights for business and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong client engagement skills with a history of supporting account retention and business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Advanced industry certifications strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, OSCP, GCTI, etc.).
