Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, maintain records, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain files, records, and office documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Procure and manage office supplies and stationery
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support HR/Admin functions like attendance, leave tracking, and employee data maintenance
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and functional
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Customer and team-oriented approach
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration (preferable)
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or ERP systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
