Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support overall business activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate with clients/suppliers Maintain records, files, invoices, and office databases Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and reports when required Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Support HR and management with basic administrative duties Assist different departments with coordination and follow-ups Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Requirements Previous experience in office administration or similar role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation Professional attitude and time management skills Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in UAE office environment is an advantage Knowledge of procurement or accounting basics is a plus

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
