We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Office Admin – Analytics to support our operations and sales teams. This role is ideal for a candidate who is strong with data, reporting, and office coordination, and who can turn numbers into clear insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and organize data related to products, sales performance, and team targets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Track sales targets, achievements, and KPIs of the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of product data, pricing, and inventory reports
- Support management with data analysis, summaries, and presentations
- Handle general office administration and coordination tasks
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or data analysis
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive approach
- Immediate availability is an advantage
