We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant and Associate Admin. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and office-related tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Courier Management:
  • Register incoming and outgoing courier packages.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery updates.
  • Access Card & ID Card Coordination:
  • Handle the printing and issuance of ID cards and access cards for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of distribution.
  • Reception and Call Handling:
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
  • Provide professional and courteous responses to inquiries.
  • Visitor Coordination:
  • Welcome and assist visitors.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office protocols.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Enter and maintain data in Excel and other software tools.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Office Support Tasks:
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup tasks with office support staff.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of delivery/pickup activities.
  • Meeting Room Coordination:
  • Manage meeting room bookings.
  • Ensure rooms are prepared and equipped for meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)
