Office Admin cum HR Assistant

We are a leading retail company in the skincare and beauty industry seeking a proactive and organized Administrative & HR Assistant to support office operations, accounting, exhibitions, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administration

  • Greet visitors and manage calls, emails, and couriers
  • Maintain office organization and supplies
  • Provide general administrative support

Accounts Support

  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, petty cash, and record keeping

Operations & Exhibition Support

  • Coordinate inventory and stock-related tasks
  • Assist with reports and documentation
  • Support exhibition planning (travel bookings, registrations, logistics, on-site coordination)
  • Liaise with vendors and event organizers

HR Support

  • Coordinate recruitment (CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain HR records and attendance tracking

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or Accounting preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in admin, HR, or assistant roles
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Zoho is a plus
  • Professional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and discreet

Job Type: Full-time
