We are a leading retail company in the skincare and beauty industry seeking a proactive and organized Administrative & HR Assistant to support office operations, accounting, exhibitions, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration
- Greet visitors and manage calls, emails, and couriers
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Provide general administrative support
Accounts Support
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, petty cash, and record keeping
Operations & Exhibition Support
- Coordinate inventory and stock-related tasks
- Assist with reports and documentation
- Support exhibition planning (travel bookings, registrations, logistics, on-site coordination)
- Liaise with vendors and event organizers
HR Support
- Coordinate recruitment (CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and attendance tracking
Requirements
- High school diploma (Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or Accounting preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, HR, or assistant roles
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Zoho is a plus
- Professional communication skills
- Detail-oriented and discreet
