  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally in both Chinese and English.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage the boss’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange business and personal travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when required.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with personal errands, coordination, and follow-ups as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or executive assistance.
  • Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English – written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Other Details:

  • Salary: Based on experience.
  • Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Preference: Candidates currently in the UAE and outside UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
