Job Title: Office Admin (Documentation)

Location: Nagpur

Job Description

We are looking for a Office Admin (Documentation) to manage and maintain all company documents related to projects, compliance, and approvals. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling both physical and digital documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all physical and digital documents.
  • Handle filing, indexing, and retrieval of project and compliance records.
  • Upload, manage, and track documents on cloud platforms (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Coordinate with RERA consultants for document submission and updates.
  • Liaise with government departments and consultants for approvals and required documentation.
  • Ensure proper document version control and easy traceability.
  • Support management with documentation during meetings if required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in documentation, admin, or office coordination roles.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and cloud storage systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Experience in real estate / construction documentation will be an advantage.
