Overview
Guardian Hawk Security is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Office Admin / HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our growing team in Lantana.
This position is responsible for supporting payroll, human resources, office administration, employee engagement, and executive support. We are looking for a professional who enjoys helping people, keeping operations organized, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, HR, payroll, or office management
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate bi-weekly payroll through CoAdvantage
- Track PTO, vacation, sick time, reimbursements, and employee records
- Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, I-9s, E-Verify, background checks, and personnel files
- Assist with recruiting, job postings, interviews, and employee reviews
- Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and company handbook updates
- Coordinate office operations, filing systems, travel arrangements, supplies, and special projects
- Organize employee birthdays, anniversaries, appreciation events, holiday parties, and monthly office lunches
- Provide administrative support to company leadership as needed
