Office admin (mandarin & 3 yrs construction exp required )

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrative Staff member to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have prior construction industry experience and be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to support daily office and project-related operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in the construction industry is required
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and general office software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Assist with permit tracking, filing, renewals, and related documentation
  • Coordinate material procurement and follow up on orders
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Assist with general budgeting, cost tracking, and basic expense organization
  • Maintain organized project files, office records, and internal documentation
  • Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative needs

We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks carefully and efficiently. Experience in a construction office setting is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,010.00 - $65,000.00 per year
