Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
- Assist with onboarding new employees and HR documentation
- Organize travel arrangements and accommodations
- Support accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting
