We are looking for a smart and reliable Office Admin Staff with strong computer skills and hands-on knowledge of social media and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and documentation
  • Handling emails, data entry, billing, and record keeping
  • Managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
  • Order processing, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners
  • Managing social media accounts (basic posting, replies, promotions)
  • Product listing, pricing updates, and offer management
  • Coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce seller panels
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
  • Good communication skills (English & local language)
  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho Panel
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or simple graphic tools
  • Experience in billing or accounting software
