We are looking for a smart and reliable Office Admin Staff with strong computer skills and hands-on knowledge of social media and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and documentation
- Handling emails, data entry, billing, and record keeping
- Managing e-commerce operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Order processing, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners
- Managing social media accounts (basic posting, replies, promotions)
- Product listing, pricing updates, and offer management
- Coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Working knowledge of e-commerce seller panels
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho Panel
- Basic knowledge of Canva or simple graphic tools
- Experience in billing or accounting software
