Requirements :
- English & Hindi language is mandatory
- U.AE. Driving License is mandatory
- Must have Basic Computer skills like MS Word , MS Excel
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Client Communication & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Schedule cleaning appointments and follow up with clients
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally
- Maintain strong customer relationships
2. Scheduling & Staff Coordination
- Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
- Assign cleaners to jobs based on location, availability, and skill
- Track employee attendance and time off requests
- Coordinate shift coverage for absences or emergencies
3. Office & Record Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical records (clients, jobs, employees)
- File invoices, contracts, and employment records
- Order office supplies and cleaning equipment as needed
4. Billing & Invoicing
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments
