Office admin with U.A.E. Driving licence

Requirements :

  • English & Hindi language is mandatory
  • U.AE. Driving License is mandatory
  • Must have Basic Computer skills like MS Word , MS Excel

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Client Communication & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Schedule cleaning appointments and follow up with clients
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally
  • Maintain strong customer relationships

2. Scheduling & Staff Coordination

  • Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
  • Assign cleaners to jobs based on location, availability, and skill
  • Track employee attendance and time off requests
  • Coordinate shift coverage for absences or emergencies

3. Office & Record Management

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records (clients, jobs, employees)
  • File invoices, contracts, and employment records
  • Order office supplies and cleaning equipment as needed

4. Billing & Invoicing

  • Generate and send invoices to clients
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • This is a small company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
