Office Admin/Doggy Bus Driver for Dog Walking and Boarding Facility

Walk! ATX Pet Care is looking for an outstanding individual to join the team! We offer dog walking, pet sitting, day care, boarding and training and are one of Austin's top rated pet care companies. We are growing and have an opening for an office assistant/doggy bus driver.

Job Description: The office admin will be responsible for handling evening appointment requests, overseeing any evening appointments, auditing the dog walking routes for the next day, respond to client messages via our app and the phone (texts and phone calls), greeting clients coming to drop off and pick up their pups, and working on side projects to help further the growth of the company. Second half of the day will be for dropping dogs of who come to spend the day with us at our day camp program. Occasional coverage for last minute dog walking requests or help with our boarding pups will also be a possibility. There is both computer work and hands on dog work involved in this position.

Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

• Clean background check
• Experience in an administrative position (scheduling, reception, phone etiquette, etc)
• Experience in professional animal care
• HUGE plus if you have previous experience working with Time to Pet (the app we use)
• Must love dogs and understand the importance in providing top notch care to clients and their pets
• Must live in Austin
• Must have your own reliable vehicle (to get to and from work)
• MUST have a clean driving record

Pay: Starting pay $18 hour, regular raises after training. Opportunity for commission pay taking other services (pet sitting, walks, baths, overnight shifts, etc)
