Office administration

Your job will be to maintain store operations during business hours. The Bowling Green location is open 9am-5pm, Mon-Sat.

Our customers are our main focus, providing great, helpful and welcoming service.

Office tasks are 2nd priority that includes title work, customer collections, insurance claims, working with auto auctions, tow companies, and onsite lot management.

You will work as a team to achieve sales goals, work with marketing team to promote your store and drive the business. You will assist in ad creation on platforms like Facebook and Craigslist along with responding to customer inquires.

The industry is fast paced and constantly changing, you need to be ok with change and help adapt to current economic conditions.

You should be:

Quick learning, friendly with good team working skills.

Basic computer skills are a must.

Clean, organized, and detail oriented.

Basic car knowledge is great but not required.

Punctual with reliable transportation (we can help with that).

Flexibility to fill in areas that have immediate need.

Experience on social media is helpful.

Strong ability to problem solve and proactively mitigate customer escalations.

Able to work 40, (MAX) 55 hours per week Saturdays required, off Sundays.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay is $17 an hour

Sales and account management bonus’ offered regularly.
