Office Administrator / E-Commerce Assistant (Female Candidate)

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE

EA Company is a growing business in the cosmetics and healthcare packaging industry. We are looking for a female Office Administrator who can efficiently manage daily office operations and support our e-commerce and back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
  • Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (product uploads, order tracking, responding to customer inquiries, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain records, invoices, and documentation.
  • Support management in preparing reports and marketing updates.
  • Manage calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate currently in UAE.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of office or e-commerce administration experience.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, email handling).
  • Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (Amazon, Noon, or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to join immediately or within a short period.
