Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administration Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is essential to maintaining smooth office workflows, supporting client and employee documentation, and serving as a key liaison to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, and staff trainings
  • Manage client referrals and intake coordination
  • Maintain and organize employee and client folders (digital and physical)
  • Track and report administrative updates directly to the Director
  • Support onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Assist with internal communications and office logistics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or healthcare coordination
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
  • Experience in caregiving or home health agency operations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.58 - $24.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
