Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administration Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is essential to maintaining smooth office workflows, supporting client and employee documentation, and serving as a key liaison to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments, interviews, and staff trainings
- Manage client referrals and intake coordination
- Maintain and organize employee and client folders (digital and physical)
- Track and report administrative updates directly to the Director
- Support onboarding and compliance documentation
- Assist with internal communications and office logistics
✅ Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or healthcare coordination
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
- Experience in caregiving or home health agency operations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.58 - $24.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
