Office Administration- Supportive Staff

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between staff, clients, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Schedule client visits and coordinate caregiver assignments
  • Assist with Maintaining and updating client and employee records
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to management
  • Filing and document organization

Qualifications:

  • Reliability and Respectability
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Experience in healthcare or home care (an asset, but not required)
