Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between staff, clients, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule client visits and coordinate caregiver assignments
- Assist with Maintaining and updating client and employee records
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Filing and document organization
Qualifications:
- Reliability and Respectability
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in healthcare or home care (an asset, but not required)

Pay: $13.73 - $16.00 per hour
