Our company looking for FEMALE Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Manage and organize property files and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements:
- Working experience: Minimum of 5 year working in a administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office: Familiarity with property management software is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail: Strong ability to review and process documents with accuracy
- Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking)
