Office Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating an efficient and welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure document integrity.
  • Oversee calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal teams efficiently and courteously.

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document proofreading
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively.
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles such as medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and time management techniques
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
