```Job Summary:```
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities:```
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- Communicate promptly and effectively with management, clients, and internal staff to ensure expectations are set correctly, and current work effort and service deliverable(s) statuses and/or issues are known
- Answer telephone calls and emails from customers, providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams in the account creation and order management process
- Work with ticket system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Offer support to management and perform other Office duties as requested or assigned
