Office Administrative Assistant - Bookkeeping & Human Resources Focus
Position Overview
This position supports upper administration and requires a professional, organized, and self-motivated individual. Duties include daily bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and billing preparation, along with general HR responsibilities.
Position Type: 20 – 35 hours per week, hours will increase with time/responsibilities.

We are looking for an honest, hard-working, dependable and motivated individual, who is respectful to fellow employees and customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with a strong background in bookkeeping and human resources to support our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) for financial and HR records.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist with scheduling, office communications, and general administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support with concentration in bookkeeping and/or HR.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel is a must).
- All candidates will be subject to a drug test/background check.
- Minimum 23 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources.
