Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls efficiently
- Process money transfer transactions accurately using secure systems and procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy for data entry and document processing
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence
- Bilingual abilities are required to serve diverse client needs
- Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist, personal assistant, or in bookkeeping is advantageous
- Knowledge of office equipment such as scanners, and printers is beneficial
