About the Role Harvest Pack is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support our Arcadia office operations. This role is essential in maintaining a productive work environment, providing critical support to our sales team, and ensuring seamless office logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Arcadia office, including managing supplies, greeting guests, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Mail & Logistics:Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages; ensure all correspondence is sorted and distributed to theappropriate departments.

Sales Team Support:Prepare and package product samples for the sales team to send to prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.

Data Management:Performaccurateandtimelydata entry into the company CRM system tomaintainup-to-date client and lead records.

Event Coordination:Assistin planning and executing office events, team-building activities, and meetings.

General Support:Assistwith special projects and other administrativetasks asassigned by leadership.
Qualifications:

Experience:Previousexperience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software.

Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Language Skills:Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
