Office Administrator

Switzerland

We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain reports, letters, and business documents using MS Word.
  • Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets, budgets, and data reports in MS Excel.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination.
  • Support team members with documentation, presentations, and record-keeping tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma. Prefernce to Engineers and Diploma holders
  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word (document formatting, reports) and MS Excel (formulas, data analysis, charts).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
