Office Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to handle day-to-day office operations, provide support to management, and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and should be comfortable with travel, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily office administration, including facilities, supplies, and maintenance.

-Organize and maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.

-Handle official correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism.

-Provide admin support to HR and Finance teams.

-Arrange and coordinate meetings, office events, and travel schedules.

-Oversee vendor management, contracts, and procurement.

-Support management with operational requirements and special projects.

-Perform bank-related, government-related, and other official errands as required (must have UAE driving license).

Requirements:

-Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

-Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or diploma in Administration/Business Management.

-Previous experience as an Admin Executive/Office Administrator in the UAE.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

-Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

-Fluency in English.
