Office Administrator

We are looking for a dependable and organized Admin / Coordinator to handle administrative tasks, manage operations, and provide support across different departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support inventory management and keep stock records up to date.
  • Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and follow-ups.
  • Provide coordination support for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify knowledge is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
