Office Administrator

About the Role

Titan Roofing is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Director/Administrator to oversee our administrative, financial, and operational functions. This person will be the heartbeat of our office—managing payables, payroll, HR, licensing, vendor coordination, and overall office operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident with numbers, experienced in multi-department coordination, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting an 8-figure roofing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Management – Handle vendor payments, subcontractor pay, referral and Google review fees, and general bill pay.
• Financial Oversight – Manage operations bank account, write checks, approve bills, perform weekly bank runs, and assist with weekly financial slideshows.
• Payroll & HR – Manage payroll, onboarding/offboarding, employee document compliance, and subcontractor documentation.
• Licensing & Compliance – Maintain all business and city licenses, ensuring up-to-date renewals and documentation.
• Vendor & Supply Coordination – Call vendors for info, order office supplies, and manage weekly restock.
• Operations Support – Act as the point of contact for company Ramp cards, coordinate legal documents, and oversee general administrative needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in office management, accounting, HR, or administrative leadership
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
• Comfortable handling confidential financial and employee information
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
